Cancellation

If you have booked a session and cannot come, please contact me as soon as you can so that we can re-arrange.

Cancellation notice periods and charges:

7 or more days - £10 cancellation fee to pay for admin costs.

2-6 days - charge is 50% of session cost if slot cannot be filled by someone else. If it is filled a £10 admin fee is still due.

Less than 24 hours - charge is 100% of session cost.

"Session cost" is the time period you have booked for or the average time of length of your regular sessions.

Emergency situations are exempt from these charges.
