Booking fee covers workshop participation, teaching materials and light refreshments: drinks, tea and coffee. Please bring your own lunch or food to share.

Deposits are non-refundable

Positive Space Ltd and Living Tao reserve the right to make minor alterations to the content of the programme should need arise

Positive Space and Living Tao reserve the right to withdraw tickets in a situation where the event is considered unsuitable for the ticket holder. In this instance the decision will be advised in writing by email. A full and prompt refund will be made.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms apply once a booking has been made and paid in full. Please note that cancellation requests can only be accepted by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the event date will receive a refund of the full fee less a 20% administration fee.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable. In some circumstances it may be possible to carry the booking forward to a future workshop, subject to availability. This cannot be guaranteed.

If Positive Space/Living Tao cancels or postpones the event for a reason within their control, then ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a credit note against an equivalent future activity, subject to mutual agreement.

Ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund or credit note for any cancellation outside the control of Positive Space, such as for example; fire, flood, terrorism or epidemic
